LiFePO4 batteries

In addition to the positive effect on the environment, the LiFePO4 rechargeable battery we use is characterised by a longer life expectancy and high cycle stability compared to NiMH rechargeable batteries, for example. LiFePO4 batteries have no memory effect like nickel-cadmium batteries, for example. LiFePO4 cells can be stored for much longer and are resistant to higher temperatures. Only when fully charged and almost discharged do longer storage times have an effect on life expectancy. Due to the cell chemistry, LiFePO4 cells are considered robust and offer a high level of safety.
